The LSSA Exam Board
The LSSA exam board consists of various Master Black Belts and is responsible for maintaining the LSSA Bodies of Knowledge, exam guideline and exam content. This fits perfevtly in the the concept of continuous improvement, meaning constantly developing. The LSSA exam board assesses on a regular basis whether the bodies of knowledge still meet the current requirements or if the certification standards need to be updated. The Lean Six Sigma exam board is also responsible for developing the theoretical exam questions and assessing the Lean Six Sigma practical exam.
