Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the quiz-maker domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)

‘Failure Mode and Effect Analysis’ (FMEA) is a structured risk analysis method that is used to identify potential failure modes in processes, products or services and to plan actions so that the negative effects will be minimized. It was one of the first systematic techniques of failure analysis. The FMEA is sometimes called PFMEA, meaning process-FMEA. In today’s competitive, modern workplace, Lean Six Sigma expertise can sepa-rate those students from their peers who lack this valuable skill set.
